I really love going to Chrysalis Aerial Movement. The classes are engaging and enjoyable. The instructors are all knowledgeable, welcoming, and supportive. No matter where you’re at in your aerial arts journey - even if you have a fear of heights - there’s a class here for you, whether that’s traditional fitness classes, aerial artistry, or restorative yoga. You can’t go wrong with either location - both Ballard and Lower Queen Anne are great. There’s something for everyone at Chrysalis.

I love the Chrysalis studio for aerial yoga! It’s my happy place. The instructors are all incredibly welcoming and the classes offered are super beginner friendly. Over the years, aerial yoga has helped me feel more brave in my body and has significantly improved my strength, overall fitness, and confidence. I love taking my friends here and exposing them to the world of aerial. The studio itself has beautiful vibes and the range of classes here are awesome- from flow flight, barre classes, play, to aerial dance! I would highly recommend this studio and aerial yoga in general to everyone.

I took my first aerial yoga classes at Chrysalis not too long ago and I was instantly hooked! The classes are so much fun and are a great balance of mobility/strength/stretching/mindfulness work. The teachers are very good — They are very attentive and help me out when I’m having trouble following something. They are creative and thoughtful with their class formats (the classes don’t just follow a standard routine that never changes). And they are all very warm and really help make Chrysalis feel like a nice community gathering place. They have lots of class options at every level, so I would highly recommend this studio to anyone interested in trying aerial.
