We monitor our email and text daily and can usually respond to your question within 24 hours. The studio is not staffed outside of class hours; since we are at our day jobs, we are not available for phone calls. While we do our best to respond to social media messages, it is not a main customer service platform. Please direct urgent and official communication to us via text and email (that includes plan cancellations!).
